We use a winding layout technique that threads wires through gaps, allowing us to wind as many wires as possible.
Distributed Winding Stator
By incorporating our unique techniques in wire winding and coil insertion methods, we achieve compact and low-loss stators while maintaining a high space factor.
Varnishing and Moulding
Varnish impregnation
We employ various methods, including dip, drip, and vacuum impregnation, to ensure secure coil fixation and superior insulation. Additionally, we provide material recommendations tailored to specific thermal class requirements.
Moulding Processing
We offer BMC resin moulding processes, including injection and pour moulding. Our vacuum technology enables higher-density moulding, ensuring enhanced heat dissipation and superior quality.
Rotor Assembly

We offer custom bonding options for rotors, including Surface Permanent Magnet (SPM), Interior Permanent Magnet (IPM), and Halbach arrays. We can also suggest methods for containment, such as winding with wire or tape, or shrink-fitting magnets onto the outer diameter.
